Set the Return and cancellation rule to match the policy we just made:
- Return window: 14 days after delivery
- Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping
- Restocking fee: None
- Final sale items: Clearance/final-sale items are not returnable
- Item condition: Unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags when applicable
- Cancellations: Allow cancellation only before the order has been processed or shipped
