Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside the control of The Vault Vibez.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or missing, please contact us so we can help review the tracking information.

The Vault Vibez is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are later reported missing or stolen. Customers may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or request additional delivery information.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can review the issue.

Marketplace Orders

Orders purchased through third-party marketplaces such as TikTok Shop or Whatnot may be subject to that marketplace's shipping requirements and policies. When applicable, the marketplace's requirements will take precedence.
